2010 Accommodation
The farm house, was restored by the owners over the years and was transformed from a run down, almost forgotten house into a cozy stylish home. Even the old tobacco sheds were converted into packing facilities used to pack the fresh produce prior to distribution.

Green Beans - Strawberries are the main crop at Buitenverwachting, during summer when the strawberry production tapers down green beans are introduced to ensure a sustainable business.

Strawberries - Strawberries in South Africa cultivated during the winter and spring months. Historically Selecta was the most significant variety.
